HOW TO USE 

Adults 18 years and Older ; rinse and gaggle with 10ml (two table spoon) twice daily for 90seconds after brushing. Don not Swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating.

Children 12 – 17 years ; Rinse and gaggle with 10ml  ( two table spoon)  once daily after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating.
